We had the most amazing 7 day trip around Kerala with Active India Holidays! Ravi and Aditya made sure everything ran very smoothly and were so helpful in providing us all the information we needed. Our driver Mr Faisal made our trip very easy and took us to all the best viewpoints, food spots and local areas to make our trip extra special. Communication before and during our trip was excellent and I couldn’t recommend the company more. Thank you so much to the team at Active India Holidays for providing us with a trip that we will remember forever!

Our tour took us from Kochi, through Munnar, Thekaddy, Allepey Backwaters before ending in Varkala. To begin it was amazing!!! Each place was so unique and had something very different to offer, which is perfect to try and capture all sides to Kerala. Spice gardens, tea plantation walks, jeep rides the list is endless with activities you can do! The driving was great and comfortable and everything ran exactly as was organised. I wholeheartedly recommend Active India Holidays it was such an amazing 7 days and the best start to our India trip!! To Ravi and Aditya, thank you so much.

We had a wonderful holiday to Rajasthan arranged by ACTIVE INDIA. We were recommended the Company through Rough Guides after telling them what sort of holiday we wanted. From the very start their communication was first class and we had just the sort of holiday we wanted. All the guides were great and very knowledgeable. Our driver, who was with us throughout the tour was brilliant. He was calm and we felt very safe, especially as we had not experienced Delhi traffic before! Most of our accommodation was really good, a couple were slightly basic food wise but it was all part of the experience.

I am so blessed that my friend recommended this company to help plan our dream vacation! We had safety concerns as it was only two women traveling but all that was squished the moment we passed all the customs at the airport. From the initial pick up and warm welcome to the last good bye and arranged transfer between terminals on our way back was an amazing experience. We didn’t just feel safe but always taken care of, treated with respect, patience and kindness. We had a tour guide at every city who was very knowledgeable, spoke good English and looked after us like their own family member. Helped us shop at safe locations, always gave us heads up about any customary things that we didn’t know, spoke about local traditions and and swerved all of our questions and we had a lot of those 😊 our tour was planned in such a way where we saw a lot of touristy attractions, learned a lot about history, experienced different nature but also had a cooking class, ride an elephant, watch locally made crafts like hand made rugs, jeep safari, boat ride and more. So it wasn’t just visiting the forts, temples and palaces. We got to experience a lot in between. The best part I didn’t plan any of it! I just let them know that we want to see and get to feel India. They asked a few questions and all was planned for us in a couple of days. All the hotels and things to see and do where suggested and we could make any changes that we wanted when planning it all. You have your freedom to make this trip what you want it to be! After all tha we just showed up and enjoyed the ride 😊 will do it again in the future and will recommend it to everyone!

Top notch travel company. Ravi and the rest of his crew made our 1 week Golden Triangle tour a truly remarkable experience. Everything, absolutely everything, was perfect! Our experience started a few months before the actual trip when Ravi and his team helped us design the tour beforehand. They have a highly interactive and informative webpage / trip planner that made it very easy. We were greeted at the airport by his staff who made sure we made it in to our hotel for that night. Our driver for the trip, Mr. Anand was extremely courteous and very attentive to our needs. Over the next few days we were greeted in Agra, Jaipur and Delhi by awesome tour guides that explained in great depth the different sights we were seeing. I liked how they quickly got to know us and our travel style and adapted the day slightly so we could have the maximum experience, including eating samosas right off a local street stall in Agra! I think we were the only two foreigners there which made the experience so memorable and authentic. India is an incredible and unique place. Yes… it is very different and that is exactly what makes it so mystical. Having Active India take care of all the fine details so that our only “concern” was if the following day was going to be as awesome as the one we just lived definitely contributed to making this the trip of a lifetime!

Our trip truly would not have been the same without active India! Everything was so organized and smooth, from arriving at the airport with a person who greeted us and took us to our driver. The driver was incredible, and took us all around the south of India for seven days. And the itinerary was incredible as well, including a beautiful houseboat day, a trip to a tea plantation, and a ton of nature. The communication with active India was so easy and smooth, they responded to our messages immediately and even made a WhatsApp group that made it very easy for us to contact them while we were in India. I would absolutely recommend anybody looking to book a trip to India use active India, it was a really easy and impressive experience.

Excellent service from Active India over the course of a 6 week tour of Southern India. There was a WhatsApp group chat for me and The Team. Very responsive to queries, usually within minutes. Drivers and local guides identified with mobile numbers as well. Helpful liaisons at each airport used.

Active India Holidays planned an excellent trip for my family. We spent time in the North and also the South. From the moment we exited the airport we were taken care of treated very well. Our guides in each city were very knowledgeable and our drivers in the north and south were top notch. The hotels that Acive India selected were also excellent. Active India did an excellent job planning everything and we did not have to worry about anything. We really enjoyed our travels and Acitve India made the trip very special. I highly recommend traveling to India using Active India Holdiays.

Active India Holidays did a fantastic job organizing and guiding our 8-day trip through the Golden triangle. Ravi was extremely helpful as we planned our itinerary and accommodations, promptly responding to questions. From the moment we were greeted at the airport in Delhi, the rest of the team made sure we were comfortable and any concerns were addressed. Our driver was with us for the entire trip from beginning to end. He was amazing at navigating the chaos of the roads. We always felt safe as we dodged the cows, dogs, monkeys, motorcycles and horse drawn carts we encountered. The local guides in in each city were friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the history and culture of the area. While we certainly enjoyed touring the Taj Mahal and the awesome forts and palaces in Rajasthan, what we like most was being brought to temples and markets, where we could experience firsthand the daily lives of the local residents. I recommend staying at one or more Heritage hotels. They provide a peaceful, much needed retreat from the chaos and hubbub of the streets. Five stars for Active India Holidays for their expertise in putting together such a memorable trip.
